1. Pre-Setup: Request Cart Numbers from Omnivers Support
Contact Omnivers support to request Cart numbers for the tablets being set up.
Specify the number of tablets and the facility they will be sent to.
Example request:
3 tablets to Old Bridge SNF – PCC
2 tablets to Geriatrics R Us – Matrix
Omnivers will provide a list with essential details:

2. Setting Up the Tablet
Power on the tablet (brand new or factory reset) and wait for the welcome screen.
Tap the screen six times anywhere without hitting the "Continue" button.
Scan the QR code below to begin enrollment.
Connect to Wi-Fi when prompted.
Enter the device name from the list provided by Omnivers.
Input the enrollment key assigned to the device.
3. Configuring Scalefusion
Approve all permissions requested by Scalefusion to ensure full functionality.
If any prompts were skipped, complete them by clicking the three dots at the top right and selecting "Complete Setup."
If Device Assistance appears, select "None or Skip."
Accept Google Services settings as prompted.
Review all permissions and click "Agree to All."
4. Adjusting Device Settings
Exit Scalefusion by clicking the three dots, then entering the exit password 6013.
Scroll up to access the tablet’s apps menu.
Enter Settings to begin configuring the necessary adjustments.
Disable Google Play Protect to prevent unnecessary security prompts.
Open Settings → Search for "Google Play Protect" → Turn off all options.
Disable specific Samsung Keyboard features for optimized usability.
Open Settings → Search for "Samsung Keyboard" → Turn off:
Suggest stickers
Emojis
Predictive typing
Open Scalefusion again to relock the tablet securely.
5. Setting Up RemoteCast
Open the RemoteCast app to enable remote support.
Grant all permissions requested for proper functionality.
Once it takes you to Accessibility settings, select "Installed Apps" and enable Scalefusion and RemoteCast.
Accept all required pop-up prompts, leaving shortcuts disabled for a cleaner interface.
6. Setting Up Omnivers App
Open the Omnivers app and log in using your provided credentials.
Follow device setup instructions as outlined in this guide.
Navigate to Settings → Tablet ID, then enter the correct device name from the Omnivers list.
Save and exit the setup process to finalize the configuration.
Note: If the setup skips the six-tap trigger and goes straight to the tablet’s menu, perform a factory reset to restart the enrollment process.
To factory reset using the Settings menu:
Open Settings → Search for "Factory data reset."
Select Reset device and confirm when prompted.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Once the reset is complete, the tablet will restart—begin the setup process again from Step 2.
