Managing Carts in Scalefusion

A how-to guide for managing your fleet of Connected carts in Scalefusion

To effectively manage your carts, navigate to the Devices section and review the following key areas:

Connection Status: Offline

An offline status may indicate that the device is either disconnected from the internet or has a dead battery. Ensure the device is within Wi-Fi range and properly charged to restore connectivity.

Group: Cart Assignment

Carts are initially assigned to the Office group upon setup. Please verify their current grouping and ensure they are properly placed within their designated facility groups for better organization.

To facilitate proper grouping, list the device name and corresponding facility, and forward it to the Omnivers team for adjustments.

OS Version

The latest supported version is 14. If a cart is running version 13 or below, an update is required to ensure optimal app performance.

Updating the OS:

  1. Exit the Omnivers app.

  2. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Exit Scalefusion.

  3. Enter the passcode: 6013.

  4. Once at the home screen, swipe up to access all apps.

  5. Open Settings and use the search function to locate Software Update.

  6. Proceed with the update.

  7. Once complete, relaunch Scalefusion.
