  1. Exit the Omnivers App

    • If logged in, close the Omnivers app by clicking the Back button repeatedly until you return to the Scalefusion home screen.

  2. Verify Wi-Fi Connection

    • On the home screen, click on the three dots in the upper-right corner.

    • Select Wi-Fi Connection and confirm that the tablet is connected to an available SSID.

    • If the tablet is connected but unable to log into Omnivers or encounters errors when saving vitals, proceed with further troubleshooting.

  3. Exit Scalefusion for Additional Testing

    • Return to the Scalefusion home screen and click the three dots again.

    • Choose Exit Scalefusion, enter the passcode 6013, and press OK.

  4. Test Internet Access

    • Once on the tablet’s home screen, swipe up to access all installed applications.

    • Open the Google folder, then launch the Google app.

    • Search for “live news” or “nature documentary”, navigate to the Videos tab, and play the first video.

    • If the video plays without issues, the tablet has an active internet connection.

    • Exit the Google app and return to Scalefusion.

  5. Restart the Tablet and Perform Further Troubleshooting

    • If the tablet has confirmed internet access but still experiences difficulties with Omnivers, restart the tablet.

    • If issues persist, try switching to a different Wi-Fi network, as some networks may have firewall restrictions preventing the app from functioning correctly.

    • If the issue remains unresolved, contact Omnivers support for further assistance.
