The My Profile / PCC User Management tool allows users to consolidate and manage multiple PointClickCare (PCC) accounts under a single Omnivers account.

This feature simplifies the login process by eliminating the need to use the “Login with PointClickCare” option at the sign-in screen or manually log into facility-specific PCC accounts. With the “My Profile / PCC User Management” tool, all PCC user accounts can be securely managed and accessed through a single Omnivers login.

Requirements

In order to take advantage of this feature, an Omnivers account is required. If one does not exist, the user should contact their practice’s Omnivers Administrator to create an account.

Setting Up My Profile / PCC User Management

● Go to Omnivers - https://www.omnivers.ai.

● Log into Omnivers via Username/Email & Password.

● Click the User Menu drop down.

● Click My Profile / PCC Management.

● The user is redirected to the My Profile / PCC User Management page.

● Click the Add PCC Account + button.

● A new browser tab will open and display the PCC Login Page.

● The user will sign in using their PCC facility user credentials.

● Once complete, the user is redirected back to Omnivers where a successful connection message will be displayed.

● To view the new addition of the PCC account, the user can click Manage PCC Accounts from the successful connection screen or navigate to the My Profile / PCC User Management feature from the User Menu.

Omnivers Account Update

Once the PCC facility account has been successfully added, the primary Omnivers account for the user must be updated with the addition of the facility.

PCC Accounts and Expiration

PCC accounts require a refresh/sign in every 14 days. Omnivers’ PCC User Management will display the current status with the option to refresh the connection.

Additionally, the feature will display when the connection is Expiring or if it has Expired.
