Before You Connect

Follow this step before you begin connecting your EHRs

In order to properly keep track of your facility EHR connection requests and to process them without unnecessary delay you must first create a Ticket to inform us about the upcoming connection request.

Creating a Ticket

Using the Chat Bot scroll down to "Create a ticket".

Then Select the "Facility EHR Connectivity Request" ticket type.

Complete the Name of Facility and Facility EHR required fields.

Click "Create ticket".

And you're all set! This ticket will allow us to know the incoming request belongs to your practice and it will also give you insight into the connection progress. There are 3 stages of the ticket:

Ticket Statuses

"Waiting for Facility" which means we are still waiting for the facility staff to initiate the connection request.

"Waiting for EHR connection" which means we are still waiting for the EHR to complete the connection process.

"Facility is Live" which means the process is complete and you can access the facility data in Omnivers.
