This release introduces customizable billing export columns and additional patient demographic fields, along with an EHR filter for facilities, clearer e-Prescribe permission messaging, and an auto-select practice feature to streamline navigation. We've also resolved issues with relative date ranges in saved views and fixed a display error with the Time Zone column in scheduled emails.

NEW FEATURES

  1. Customizable Billing Export Columns - Billing teams can now configure which patient record fields appear as columns in the Bills and New Submission tabs, including fields such as primary insurance, care details, and primary care physician. Column selections can be saved as a view for quick access or used in scheduled email exports.

Admins and Billing Admins can also configure default columns for exported super bills practice-wide, reducing the need to cross-reference patient records when reviewing or submitting claims. These settings can be set in the Practice Features tab or when creating a New Submission after selecting a Practice and Facility.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Additional Patient Demographic Data - Patient profiles now support additional demographic fields including preferred language, race, and ethnicity, in line with ONC requirements.

  2. EHR Filter on Facilities Page - Admins can now filter the Facilities page by EHR connection, making it easier to quickly find and manage related facilities.

  3. e-Prescribe Permission Messaging - When a user does not have permission to add a medication via e-Prescribe, a clear permission error is now displayed instead of a generic error message.

  4. Auto-Select Practice in Filters - Users assigned to a single practice or with a primary practice set will now have that practice automatically selected in filters, reducing manual steps when navigating the platform.

BUG FIXES

  1. Custom Date Range: Relative Date Fix - Relative date ranges in saved views and scheduled emails will now roll over each day for custom date ranges.

  2. Scheduled Emails: Time Zone Column Fix - The Time Zone column on the Scheduled Emails page was not displaying in the table when selected, and the checkbox was reverting to unchecked after closing or updating filters. The column now displays correctly and the selection persists as expected.
