This release brings improvements to the Enrollments page with better export data and new filtering options, a Role column on the User List for easier permission management, and several filter and UI fixes across the platform. Looking ahead, we're excited to share two upcoming additions: Medical Reports, a clinical reporting suite to help care teams prioritize patients and manage referrals, and AI Chat, an intelligent assistant that delivers instant clinical summaries directly from the patient record.
ENHANCEMENTS
FILTER IMPROVEMENTS
All relevant billing codes are now visible in the Session Log bill codes filter.
The condition filter loads faster when selecting or adding conditions.
ENROLLMENTS PAGE
Enrollment Date is now included in exports.
A status column has been added to the Enrollments page.
Enrollment status now displays as "Active" or "Inactive" in exports instead of "True" or "False."
An enrollment date filter has been added to the Enrollments page.
ROLE COLUMN ADDED TO USER LIST
A Role column has been added to the User List, allowing administrators to quickly view the role assigned to each user. This makes it easier to confirm or identify users that may need their permissions updated without having to open each user individually.
BUG FIXES
FILTER FIXES
Selected Careflow filters are now retained when reloading the page or sharing a careflow via a link.
The date filter on the Abnormal Vitals page was not correctly applying when selected, causing the list to remain unchanged. The filter now updates results as expected when a date range is applied.
OMNI RISK REPORT ERROR FOR PATIENT WITH NO BASELINE
The Risk Modal no longer errors when viewing patients with no baseline vital history, such as newly admitted patients or those with only one reading. Baseline fields display as blank when no history is available.
UI FIXES
The Coverage modal layout no longer breaks on smaller viewports.
The floating help desk icon was blocking table pagination controls. It has been repositioned for easier access.
COMING SOON
MEDICAL REPORTS
We're rolling out a suite of clinical reports to help care teams prioritize patients, flag risks, and manage referrals. This includes a Morning Report, Risk Report, and a growing set of specialty referral reports, all powered by our proprietary clinical knowledge base. Reports are driven by a rules-based flag system drawing from a patient's conditions, medications, vitals, labs, and clinical notes. Flags will be customizable to align with your practice protocols, with default settings defined in collaboration with our physician consultant. AI CHATBOT
Ask questions about your patients directly from the patient record or through a careflow during a visit. Instead of manually searching through notes, labs, and records, get instant summaries and relevant clinical details through a conversational interface. Ask for a specialty summary, pull recent notes, start a SOAP note, and much more. The AI searches and analyzes patient-specific information already within Omnivers to deliver fast, reliable summaries.
