This release enhances clinical documentation with prefilled vital deviation data, improves billing workflows with updates to the Billing Conditions Widget, and refines patient record navigation. It also includes several bug fixes, improving data accuracy and system reliability.
ENHANCEMENTS
Consolidated Patient Record Menu
Consolidated the Patient Record menu into groups for better readability across different screen sizes. The title of the active tab is now also displayed.

Sync from EMR Button Visibility
The Sync from EMR button is now visible when accessing the Patient Record during a Careflow. With the Patient Record UI update, the button has been consolidated to the Info tab and is no longer displayed across multiple pages.
Vital Deviation from Baseline Prefilled
Previously, when documenting an Abnormal Vital careflow, users had to manually enter the vital, change, duration, and baseline values into text fields. These fields can now be prefilled with the standard deviation from Baseline data, automatically populating the vital information that triggered the careflow. This eliminates manual data entry, reduces the risk of documentation errors, and speeds up the careflow completion process.
Improvements to Billing Conditions Widget
When selecting conditions in the Billing Conditions Widget, the notes section now expands automatically for better accessibility.
Selected billing conditions now include the code, condition name, and note in both the notes section and generated PDF.
Resolved an issue where the "Write Notes" selection in the Conditions Widget was not carried over to subsequent instances within a careflow. If "Write Notes" is enabled and notes are entered in any instance, all subsequent instances will now have "Write Notes" toggled on automatically.
New Billing Conditions in PDF
Previously, when new conditions were selected in the Billing Setup Widget, only the condition code appeared in the generated PDF — the associated notes were not included. Both the condition code and notes are now correctly included in the PDF.
Enrollment Date Before Admission
Previously users were only able to select an Enrollment Date using the Patient’s most recent admission date. Now users can set the enrollment date to the earliest available admission date. This is useful in cases where a patient has a number of admissions and discharges but still qualifies for value-based care.
Manual Patient Details Editable
Users can edit manually created patient details (phone, number, admit/discharge date, etc).
Manual Prescriber Connection
Users that are not automatically connected for prescribing can now be manually added using the connection tool, eliminating the need to contact support for prescribe access.
Patient List & Filters
Users can now filter by Practitioner in the Patient List.
Chart Dates Up to 30 Days
Users can now save chart dates up to 30 days in the past, extended from the previous 7-day limit.
BUG FIXES
Patient Record & Activities for Daily Living
Resolved an issue where entering 0 in the Add ADL modal incorrectly displayed a "Value is required" error, preventing clinicians from documenting total dependence in standard ADL Assessments.
All Abnormal Vitals Now Visible
All abnormal vitals are now visible on the Abnormal Vitals page in the patient view, including those previously only visible within a careflow.
Duplicate Abnormal Vitals Fix
Users were seeing duplicate abnormal vitals. Duplicate entries no longer appear.
Resolve Screen Fixes
Resolved an issue where user-selected billing codes from the Billing Setup Widget were not present on the Resolve screen.
Resolved an issue where configured bill modifiers were not visible on the Resolve screen.
Billing Codes in Task Exports
Billing codes are now included in Excel exports from the Careflow Task List.
Multi-Select Dropdowns in Careflows
Users were unable to select additional values from multi-select dropdowns within a careflow. Multi-select dropdowns now function correctly.
Abnormal Vital Trigger in Careflow
When viewing an Abnormal Vital careflow, the triggering vital was not visible to the user. The associated Abnormal Vital that triggered the careflow is now displayed.
Vital List Source Filter Fix
Resolved an issue where users were unable to filter by Source in the Patient Vital List.
Empty Values Now Export as Blank
Empty values are exported as blank instead of -0 or -.
