Step 1: Navigate to Careflows
Step 2: Apply Desired Filters
Select filters based on the report you need, such as Date/DOS, Status, Facility, Careflow Type, Patient Status, and others.
Step 3: Select Columns
If certain details are not visible, click on Columns. From the drop-down menu, you can add or remove columns as needed.
Please note: The exported file will only include the columns currently displayed on the page.
Step 4: Export Data
Once all the necessary details are ready, click Export. You can choose to export the file as either a PDF or a CSV.
Depending on the report, one of the formats may be unavailable (greyed out).
Important: CSV exports have a limit of 10,000 records. If your file exceeds this limit, try narrowing your selection by choosing fewer facilities at a time.
Step 5: Download and Open the File
After clicking Export, the file will download automatically to your system’s Downloads folder.
You can open the file from there.
To view the exported file, you may need appropriate software:
CSV files: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc.
PDF files: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview (Mac), or any standard PDF viewer
