Discharged vs Current patients filter

This guide outlines how to check the insurance coverage details of a specific patient record within Omnivers.

  1. Navigate to the Patients Page
    Click Patients from the main menu. This will take you directly to the Patients page, opening on the List tab by default.

2. Search for the Patient
Enter the patient’s name in the search bar and select the patient's name.

3. To view discharged vs current patients, we can filter out directly under the Patients screen:

Verify with PCC on the actual status of the patient, then cross-check with Omnivers to verify


If you still can't find the specific patient on the list even when the filter has been changed. You can contact support so we can assist you with it.
