This guide outlines how to check the insurance coverage details of a specific patient record within Omnivers.
Navigate to the Patients Page
Click Patients from the main menu. This will take you directly to the Patients page, opening on the List tab by default.
2. Search for the Patient
Enter the patient’s name in the search bar and select the patient's name.
3. Access the Coverage Tab
Within the patient record, click the Coverage tab to view insurance details.
If the Coverage tab is not visible, click the three‑dot menu in the corner to expand additional tabs and select Coverage.
4. View Coverage Information
The Coverages screen will display the patient’s insurance coverage details, providing the information you need.
