Log In to Scalefusion
Open your browser and go to Scalefusion Login.
Enter your credentials and sign in.
Navigate to Devices
In the Scalefusion Dashboard, go to the Devices section.
Locate the cart you wish to access remotely.
Verify its connection status (must be online).
Initiate Remote Access
Click on the cart’s name to open its details page.
Look for the Remote Cast & Control button—it appears as a TV screen icon with a Wi-Fi signal at the lower left in the Device Information section.
Click the Remote Cast & Control button, and a pop-up will appear stating:
"You are about to start a remote cast session."Click OK to proceed with the session.
Control the Cart Remotely
The Remote Cast & Control feature allows you to view the cart’s screen and interact with it remotely.
You can perform tasks such as troubleshooting, adjusting settings, and guiding users.
End the Remote Session
Once done, click End Session to safely close the remote connection.
Troubleshooting Tips:
If the cart appears offline, ensure it is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.
If you cannot find or access the Remote Cast & Control button, or encounter any other connection issues, you can reach out to Scalefusion support via their chat widget, located at the bottom right corner of the Scalefusion page.
