Overview
If you’re using the Omnivers tablet app and encounter login issues, follow these steps. Most web troubleshooting steps also apply, with additional tablet‑specific checks.
1. Check for Developer Mode
If you see “DEV” above the Omnivers logo on the login screen, the app is in developer mode.
To switch back, press and hold the Omnivers logo until “DEV” disappears, then log in again.
2. Verify Internet Connectivity
Ensure your tablet is connected to a stable internet connection.

3. Validate Login Credentials
Double‑check your username and password.
Passwords are case‑sensitive.
For PCC credentials:
Use Login with PointClickCare instead of the regular login option.
Format should be xxx.username.
Confirm you can log in directly to PCC with the same credentials: PCC Login.
4. Reset Your Password
If you’re unsure of your password, use the Reset Password option on the login screen.
5. Switch Wi‑Fi Networks
Try connecting to a different Wi‑Fi network if access is blocked by firewall rules.
6. Contact Omnivers Support
If the issue persists, contact Omnivers Support.
Include details such as the credentials you attempted to use, error messages, and screenshots.
