There are times the browser is zoomed in to the extent the view is changed in Omnivers
NOTE:
Screenshots are based of Google Chrome Browser
For instance, the careflow page (Screenshot below)
Click on the 3 dots on the upper right corner on Google Chrome Browser
Make sure the zoom level is either at 100% or below. (Screenshot below showing 175% zoomed in)
This would restore the split lane view on careflows page (Screenshot below)

For Windows 10/11 users:
To zoom out on a browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) on a Windows/Linux PC, hold Ctrl and press the - (minus) key. Alternatively, hold Ctrl and scroll down with your mouse wheel. Reset to default (100%) by pressing Ctrl + 0
For Mac users:
To zoom out on a Mac browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), press Command (⌘) and Minus (-) simultaneously. Alternatively, use Command (⌘) and 0 to reset to 100%, or pinch inward on a trackpad. For system-wide zoom, use Option-Command-8
