On the main page of Omnivers, you should be able to seek support by clicking on the Blue circle logo on the lower right corner of your screen.

Upon clicking the circle support button you should be able to see a couple of options:

First is you can send us a message directly:

Second option is creating a quick ticket

Third option is going through our help documents for any frequently asked questions

To get back to messaging us on a previous interaction, you can click the Messages tab.
