Patients List Page

  1. Navigate to the Patients Page
    Go to the Patients section to begin setting up your view.

2. Apply Filters
Select the desired filters, such as Facility, Status, Enrolled Careflow, etc.

  • Click the +More button to display additional filter options.

3. Save the View

  • Click Save View.

  • Enter a name for the view and click Save.

  • (Optional) Select Save as Default View to have this view load automatically each time you open the Patients page.

4. Modify an Existing View

  • Open the saved view you wish to update.

  • Click Save View again.

  • From the Save to Existing View drop-down menu, select the view name.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

5. View or Remove Saved Views

  • Click the Default View drop‑down menu on the Patients screen to see all saved views.

  • To remove a saved view, click the trash icon next to the view name.

  • To clear all filters without deleting the view, click Reset Filters.

Careflows List Page

  1. Navigate to the Careflows Section
    Go to the Careflows section to begin setting up your view.

2. Apply Filters
Select the desired filters, such as Facility, Careflow Status, Patient Status, Date, Date of Service, Careflow Type, and others as needed.

3. Save the View

  • Click Save View.

  • Enter a name for the view and click Save.

  • (Optional) Select Save as Default View to have this view load automatically each time you open the Careflows page.

4. Modify an Existing View

  • Open the saved view you wish to update.

  • Click Save View again.

  • From the Save to Existing View drop‑down menu, select the view name.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.
