Enhancements
1. Automatic Session Timeout for Inactive Users
To enhance security and compliance with CMS safeguards, Omnivers now includes automatic session timeout for inactive users. As a general practice, users should log off the system they are working on when their workstation is unattended. However, there will be times when users may not have the time, or will not remember, to log off a workstation. Automatic logoff is an effective way to prevent unauthorized users from accessing EPHI on a workstation when it is left unattended for a period of time.
After 30 minutes of inactivity, you’ll receive an alert notifying you that your session will expire soon. If you remain inactive for 45 minutes total, you’ll be automatically logged out and will need to log back in. If auto logged out, no data will be lost.
Any activity - including taps, clicks, keypresses, or scrolling - will reset the inactivity timer and keep you logged in.
2. Visit Mode Designs
An array of enhanced designs is now live in Visit Mode which include a header redesign for the facility in the visit page and patient view tab.

3. PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire) Email Delivery
The PHQ-9 assessment, which screens and monitors depression security in patients, can now be automatically sent via scheduled email to designated facilities and practices. Additionally, users can configure rules based on the assessment scores (ex. PHQ-9 above 10) to automatically trigger email delivery of the complete assessment to the patient’s current facility.
4. Enhanced Data in Scheduled Email Reports
Scheduled email reports now include all extracted column data, ensuring consistency across all report formats. Recipients will receive the same complete data set whether reviewing reports in the Omnivers platform, exporting manually, or receiving scheduled emails - providing actionable insights directly to your inbox.
Bugs & Fixes
1. Mismatch in Enrolled Patient Counts
This fix corrected the patient enrollments on the enrollment page and the patient list on the patient’s page. Formerly, the counts on patient enrollment and patient list were not matching. The filter fix removes the discrepancy, and the patient counts reflect the right count on the enrollment page.
2. Facility Vitals Report and Daily RPM Progress
Formerly, facilities vitals report and daily RPM progress did not correspond and showed a mismatch of data in the report. This fix now aligns and outputs the correct match for RPM progress with the respective Vitals Report.
